“We are so, so happy with Google Chrome,” mumbled Mozilla CEO John Lilly through gritted teeth. “That most of our income is from Google has no bearing on me making this statement.” – http://notnews.today.com/?p=57

Ironically that’s the same reaction I’m getting from developers, everyone else loves it!

It’s a BETA. It’s only available for WINDOWS.

Still, I take my hat off to the PR department a company that can get the BBC sucking up to it for a product that hadn’t even been released, and when it was it wasn’t even going to be feature complete.

It’s a monopolistic company, one day it will start being evil.

Dude I agree, and I appreciate your deep feelings for the company. Google are a monopolistic company agreed, we all know that but you never know Chrome may actually turn out to be awesome.

The fact it’s on WINDOWS only shows they’re targeting the widest market share with minimal effort, which leads me to think, are they the new Microsoft?

You should read this article as it supports your argument, also this article ont The Register is fascinating reading.

In case it’s not clear, David – my comment was referring to the post, not your comment. Thanks for the link to notnews – it made me laugh!
